Who we are

What we collect

What you tell us on the website. If you book a demo, you give us your name, work email, a link to your app, your main store country, and what you want to fix. The form passes these answers to Calendly, where you pick a time, and they reach us with the booking. If you write to us, we have your email and whatever you put in the message.

What your account holds. Creating an account on the platform requires an email address and a password. Running campaigns adds what you enter there: the apps you add, the keywords you track, the countries you target, and the budgets you set.

Payments. Card details are entered with our payment provider and are processed by it, not by us. We receive the fact and amount of a payment, the last digits of the card and its status, which is what we need to give you access and issue documents.

Technical data. IP address, browser type and version, pages opened, times of requests, referring address, and campaign parameters in the link you arrived through. Any web server records this, and we cannot serve a page without it.

Measurement. What analytics collects is set out in the Cookie Policy. It runs when the site opens, and you can turn it off there at any time.

We do not buy personal data about you from anyone.

Why we use it, and on what basis

To give you the service you signed up for, to bill you for it, and to support you while you use it. That is performance of our contract with you.

To answer inquiries, keep the service available and secure, investigate errors and abuse, and understand which pages and campaigns work. That is our legitimate interest, and you can object to it.

To measure visits and which campaigns bring people. That is our legitimate interest, the measurement tags load when the site opens, and you can turn them off at any time in the Cookie Policy. To send you product news you asked for. That is your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time without affecting what happened before you did.

To keep accounting records and answer lawful requests. That is compliance with a legal obligation.

What we do not do with it

We do not sell personal data. We do not use the contents of your campaigns to advertise to you, and we do not pass your data to anyone for their own marketing.

Who else sees it

Service providers. Hosting, email delivery, scheduling, payment processing, and analytics providers process data on our instructions, under contract, for our purposes only.

Legal requests. We disclose data when a law, a court, or a competent authority requires it, and when we need to establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim.

A change of ownership. If the business or part of it is sold, merged, or reorganized, data may transfer with it. We will tell you before that changes how your data is handled.

How long we keep it

Account and campaign data stay while your account exists and for 12 months after you close it, so that a return does not start from nothing.

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months from your last message to us.

Server logs are kept for up to 12 months.

Accounting records are kept for as long as tax law requires, which is longer than any of the above and applies regardless of deletion requests.

Where it goes

We are established in Armenia, which is outside the European Economic Area and has no European Commission adequacy decision. If you are in the EEA or the UK, your data therefore reaches us under Standard Contractual Clauses, together with the technical and organizational measures those clauses require. Our providers may process data in other countries on the same basis.

Your rights

If the GDPR or a comparable law applies to you, you can ask us what data we hold about you and receive it, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict or stop a particular use, ask for it in a portable form, object to any use we base on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent you gave.

Write to support@rankforge.com and we answer within one month, at no charge. If the answer does not satisfy you, you can complain to the personal data protection authority in Armenia, and, if you are in the EEA or the UK, to the supervisory authority where you live.

Security

Traffic is encrypted in transit, passwords are stored hashed, and access to customer data is limited to the people whose work requires it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise. If a breach puts you at risk, we tell you and the authority within the deadlines the law sets.

Children

Rankforge is a business service and is not addressed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16, and we delete it if we learn we have.

Other sites

The website links to the platform and to third-party sites such as app stores. We are not responsible for what another operator does with your data, and their policies apply there.

Changes

When this policy changes, the new version appears at https://rankforge.com/privacy-policy with a new date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use data you already gave us, we email you before it takes effect.
